Nureongi

The Nureongi is a landrace breed indigenous to Korea, with a history spanning thousands of years as a native village dog. It is a loyal, alert, and adaptable breed that tends to be reserved with strangers but bonds closely with familiar people. Historically, this breed was kept as a general-purpose farm and village dog and was tragically also raised for meat consumption in certain Korean cultural traditions.
