The Bruno Jura Hound is a Swiss scenthound originating from the Jura Mountains along the Swiss-French border, believed to be descended from ancient hounds brought to the region centuries ago. This breed was specifically developed to track and hunt hare and fox through the rocky and forested landscape of the Jura region.
