Greenland Dog

The Greenland Dog is one of the oldest and most primitive dog breeds in the world, brought to Greenland by the Thule people from Siberia over a thousand years ago. It is an independent, energetic, and pack-oriented breed that is affectionate with its owners but retains strong instincts and a bold, self-reliant nature. This breed was developed as a powerful sled dog capable of hauling heavy loads across the Arctic ice and snow in extreme cold conditions.
