Lài

The Lài is a traditional Vietnamese dog breed developed over centuries in Vietnam, particularly among various ethnic groups in rural and highland regions. They are typically alert, independent, and loyal to their families while remaining reserved with strangers. Historically, they served as general-purpose village dogs used for guarding homesteads and assisting in hunting activities.
