The Dogue Brasileiro is a molosser-type breed developed in Brazil during the 20th century, created by crossing the American Pit Bull Terrier with the English Bulldog to produce a compact and capable working dog. It is a determined, loyal, and energetic dog that forms strong bonds with its owner while maintaining the tenacity and courage characteristic of its parent breeds. The breed was developed for use in hunting, guarding, and general farm work across the varied Brazilian landscape.
