Bankhar Dog

The Bankhar is an ancient livestock guardian breed originating from Mongolia, where it has been integral to nomadic herding culture for over 15,000 years. It is a confident, alert, and loyal dog that is deeply devoted to the animals and people it protects while remaining independent in its decision-making. This breed was developed exclusively to guard livestock on the vast Mongolian steppe against wolves, snow leopards, and other predators.
