The Eurasier is a relatively modern breed developed in Germany in the 1960s by Julius Wipfel, created by crossing the Chow Chow, Wolfspitz, and later the Samoyed to produce a calm and balanced companion dog. They are reserved and watchful with strangers but deeply devoted and gentle with their family, displaying a calm confidence and even temperament. This breed was developed purely as a family companion dog intended to maintain a balanced and harmonious relationship within the household.
