Neapolitan Mastiff

The Neapolitan Mastiff is a large Italian working dog breed historically developed as a guardian and protector of property and family. Known for its massive, powerful build and distinctive wrinkled appearance, this breed is characterized by a calm, dignified temperament and low energy level, making it well-suited to a stationary lifestyle. The breed is best recognized for its natural protective instincts, loyalty to its family, and imposing presence, combined with a surprisingly gentle and patient disposition when properly socialized.
