Segugio Maremmano

The Segugio Maremmano is an ancient Italian scent hound originating from the Maremma region of Tuscany and Lazio, where it has been used by local hunters for centuries. It is a robust, courageous, and determined breed with a strong pack instinct and a loyal temperament toward its owner. This breed was historically employed to hunt wild boar and other large game across the marshy and hilly terrain of the Maremma coastal region.
